that guy has his hand out to catch any blood that might fall from the boozecat attack. he also has a cat on his t-shirt although it doesn't look like a boozecat. just an ordinary boring cat

This Boozecat is about to swipe the nose off a girl. This looks like it may be from one of those back alley Boozecat Fight videos that have been making their rounds on the net. Don't support Boozecat violence.
